     CCAP Summary and Status:

  1. Example CCAP Document: The American Privilege Produces Prosperity ACT
  2. Summary: Taking 3 entity groups as fund sources we use Federal Reserve Fractional Reserve Lending Rate Markers (currently 10%) as a deposit pool to finance an annual American citizen jobs/needs program.
  3. Entity Groups:
    • Top 40 of the Forbes 400. [10 per year]
    • Top 40 of Corp Earners [10 per year]
    • Financial Transaction Tax > $100 trns.
  4. Group deposits $5 Billion USD per member in AP3_Bank.
    • Grp 1 = $50 Billion.
    • Fed Reserve Lending Marker = $500 Billion
    • Grp 1 gets $5 Billion IRS credit but no stock.
    • $500B finances infrastructure new-tech/ renewal and retro-fittings/re-education.
    • 3 Group = $1.5 Trillion per year.

  5. Qualifying justification for Reserves is the Imminent -Public Domain statute, on the right to seize for the public good, yet this is not a seizure, this is a float-loan non-interest (the Privilege).


Points to consider, for construction:

  1. Consider forming a team of "Issue Conscientious" members
  2. Select the target congressional committees (House and Senate) impacted
  3. Research, document and footnote EVERY item line in your position paper.
  4. Consult and indicate from the US Code (link included) any and all applicable statutes potentially impacted.
  5. Draft the document in correct legislative format.
